Current status: Valid as Dunckerocampus baldwini Herald & Randall 1972. Syngnathidae: Nerophinae. Distribution: Eastern Indian Ocean, western Pacific: Christmas Island (Indian Ocean), Indonesia and Hawaiian Islands. Habitat: marine.
