Lectotype: ZIN 25380. Paralectotypes: UBC [ex ZIN 21825] (1, probably lost); ZIN 21825 (1, sent to Canada, whereabouts unknown), 25379 (1). Type catalog: Voskoboinikova & Orlovskaya 2020:38 [ref. 38114]. Described as a forma but treated like a subspecies; regarded as available. Mecklenburg & Sheiko 2003:10-11 [ref. 27295] examined types and clarified type status.
