Hoplunnis is apparently feminine so name should be punctata. •Valid as Hoplunnis punctata Regan 1915 -- (Lane & Stewart 1968:57 [ref. 7904] as punctatus, Smith 1989:578 [ref. 13285], Smith 1990:172 [ref. 13454], Smith 2016:1698 [ref. 34556], Fermon et al. 2022:119 [ref. 39448]). Current status: Valid as Hoplunnis punctata Regan 1915. Nettastomatidae. Distribution: Eastern Atlantic: Senegal south to Angola. Habitat: marine.
