Type catalog: Ferraris 2007:369 [ref. 29155]. •Valid as Kryptopterus baramensis Ng 2002 -- (Ferraris 2007:369 [ref. 29155], Sulaiman et al. 2018:32 [ref. 35802]). Current status: Valid as Kryptopterus baramensis Ng 2002. Siluridae. Distribution: Baram River basin, northern Borneo. Habitat: freshwater.
