Current status: Valid as Nanobagrus torquatus Thomson, López, Hadiaty & Page 2008. Bagridae. Distribution: Southeast Asia: Malaya (Malaysia), central and southern (Indonesia), Sumatra and western Borneo. IUCN (2019): Least Concern. Habitat: freshwater.
