Current status: Valid as Oneirodes bulbosus Chapman 1939. Oneirodidae. Distribution: North Pacific: Hokkaido (Japan) north to northern Bering Sea, east to Alaska (U.S.A.); straying to Oregon (U.S.A.). Habitat: marine.
