Fricke 2005:33 [ref. 29864] regarded SMNS 10590 as a syntype and BMNMH 1866.5.2.172 as a non-type. •Valid as Osteochilus enneaporus (Bleeker 1852) -- (Roberts 1989:47 [ref. 6439], Karnasuta 1993:31 [ref. 20700], Kottelat et al. 1993:39 [ref. 23448], Kottelat & Lim 1996:231 [ref. 23210], Rainboth 1996:116 [ref. 22772], Doi 1997:9 [ref. 22832], Ng & Tan 1999:353 [ref. 24159], Kottelat & Widjanarti 2005:151 [ref. 28284], Parenti & Lim 2005:183 [ref. 28285] as enneaporos, Tan & Kottelat 2009:43 [ref. 30261], Kottelat & Tan 2009:4 [ref. 30259], Kottelat 2013:134 [ref. 32989]). Current status: Valid as Osteochilus enneaporos (Bleeker 1852). Cyprinidae: Labeoninae. Distribution: Sumatra. Habitat: freshwater.

Current status: Valid as Osteochilus vittatoides Popta 1904. Cyprinidae: Labeoninae. Distribution: Eastern Borneo drainages. Habitat: freshwater.
