vespa, Paracentropogon Ogilby [J. D.] 1910:116 [On some new fishes from the Queensland coast; ref. 3289] 14 miles southeast, off Cape Capricorn, Queensland, Australia, depth 13 fathoms. Holotype (unique): AMS E.2932.
