Corrected to Rüppellia = Rueppellia Kullander 2016:94 [ref. 34436]. •Synonym of Paragobiodon Bleeker 1872 (often dated 1872) -- (Maugé 1986:379 [ref. 6218] as Ruppelia). Current status: Synonym of Paragobiodon Bleeker 1872. Gobiidae: Gobiinae.
