A note in v. 6 indicates that Pl. 162 ter (and others) will accompany v. 7. •Possibly a synonym of Spondyliosoma cantharus (Linnaeus 1758) -- (Tortonese 1973:414 [ref. 7192], Parenti 2019:57 [ref. 36892]). Current status: Synonym of Spondyliosoma cantharus (Linnaeus 1758). Sparidae. Habitat: brackish, marine.
