R.] 1973:38, Fig. 3 [Australian Zoologist v. 18 (pt 1); ref. 95] Outer reef slope off northern end of Kranket Island, about 3 nautical miles north of Madang, New Guinea, 5°11'24"S, 145°50'54"E, depth 35 meters. Holotype: USNM 207937.
