MNHN 2011-0233 (7). •Valid as Cynotilapia aurifrons (Tawil 2011) -- (Konings 2016:73 [ref. 34521], Li et al. 2016:379 [ref. 34737]). Current status: Valid as Cynotilapia aurifrons (Tawil 2011). Cichlidae: Pseudocrenilabrinae. Distribution: Lake Malawi, Africa. Habitat: freshwater.
