No types known. Types mentioned: Paepke 1995:95 [ref. 21847], Paepke & Schindler 2013:267 [ref. 32895]. Occurred first in Weise in Praetorius 1935:179, fig. 4, as above according to Kullander in Reis et al. 2003:632 [ref. 27061] and Kullander 2011:73 [ref. 31290], but Weise was the editor, not the author. Although Praetorius lists Ahl as the author, that is not in in agreement with the code. Later appeared in Ahl 1936:265 [ref. 13680]. •Synonym of Dicrossus maculatus Streindachner 1875 -- (Kullander in Reis et al. 2003:632 [ref. 27061], Staeck 2003:132 [ref. 27488], Kullander 2011:73 [ref. 31290], Paepke & Schindler 2013:267 [ref. 32895]).
