Plus non-type material. •Valid as Pollimyrus marianne Kramer, van der Bank, Flint, Sauer-Gürth & Wink 2003 -- (Marshall 2011:56 [ref. 31755], Kramer & Wink 2013:2345 [ref. 32824] as cf. marianne, Kramer et al. 2013:16 [ref. 33002], Bruton et al. 2018:38 [ref. 36373], Skelton 2019:230 [ref. 36564], Dierickx et al. 2024:13 [ref. 41680]). Current status: Valid as Pollimyrus marianne Kramer, van der Bank, Flint, Sauer-Gürth & Wink 2003. Mormyridae. Distribution: Southern Africa: upper Zambezi River basin, Zimbabwe and Angola. Habitat: freshwater. cuandoensis, Pollimyrus Kramer [L. B.], van der Bank [F. H.] & Wink [M.] 2013:17, Figs. 1K, L [Journal of Natural History v. 48 (7-8); ref. 33002] Kwando River at Kongola Bridge, 17°47'33"S, 23°20'33"E, southern Africa. Holotype: ZSM 41805. Paratypes: ZSM 39522 (16). Plus non-type specimens. •Valid as Pollimyrus cuandoensis Kramer, van der Bank & Wink 2013 -- (Bruton et al. 2018:38 [ref. 36373], Skelton 2019:230 [ref. 36564]). •Synonym of Pollimyrus marianne Kramer, van der Bank, Flint, Sauer-Gürth & Wink 2003 -- (Dierickx et al. 2024:13 [ref. 41680]). Current status: Synonym of Pollimyrus marianne Kramer, van der Bank, Flint, Sauer-Gürth & Wink 2003. Mormyridae. Habitat: freshwater. |
