Paratypes: BMNH 1950.4.1.1263-64. (2) •Valid as Greenwoodochromis christyi (Trewavas 1953) -- (Maréchal & Poll 1991:99 [ref. 20946], Poll & Gosse 1995:245 [ref. 24781], Konings 2015:212 [ref. 34660], Konings 2019:225 [ref. 36983]). Current status: Valid as Greenwoodochromis christyi (Trewavas 1953). Cichlidae: Pseudocrenilabrinae. Distribution: Eastern Africa: Lake Tanganyika. Habitat: freshwater.
