But based party on bibliogrphic sources; Kottelat (2013) established. the lectotype. •Synonym of Ilisha elongata (Anonymous [Bennett] 1830) -- (Whitehead 1985:265 [ref. 5141], Kottelat 2013:49 [ref. 32989]). Current status: Synonym of Ilisha elongata (Anonymous [Bennett] 1830). Pristigasteridae. Habitat: brackish, marine.
