E.] 1987:35, Pls. 3D, 7F [Indo-Pacific Fishes No. 15; ref. 6430] Moalboal beach, southwestern Cebu Island, Philippines (purchased, reported to be caught at Pescador Island, TaƱon Strait). Distribution: Indo-west Pacific: central Indian Ocean, Myanmar, eastern Andaman Sea and Indonesia east to Philippines and Papua New Guinea. Habitat: marine.
