andersoni, Pseudorhombus Gilchrist [J. D. F.] 1904:9, Pl. 26 [Marine Investigations in South Africa v. 3; ref. 1646] Durban Harbor, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, southwestern Indian Ocean. Holotype (unique): SAM 15366. •Synonym of Pseudorhombus arsius (Hamilton 1822) -- (Hensley 1986:861 [ref. 5669], Kottelat 2013:463 [ref. 32989], Hensley & Amaoka 2022:351 [ref. 40226]). Current status: Synonym of Pseudorhombus arsius (Hamilton 1822). Paralichthyidae. Habitat: brackish, marine.
