Böhlke 1984:84 [ref. 13621] states ANSP 5990-5997 listed as additional types, but not found, and neither Cope nor Fowler mentioned more than one specimen. •Synonym of Campostoma anomalum (Rafinesque 1820), subspecies pullum (Agassiz 1854) -- (Gilbert 1998:117 [ref. 23395]).
