Syntypes: BMNH 1848.12.31.13 (1) Schomburgk, 1855.9.19.1242-1243 (2) Haslar Collection, 2016.8.14.1 (1). Based on Rhombus aramaca of Castelnau (not of Cuvier 1829) and on 4 specimens; not regarded as a replacement name. •Uncertain in Paralichthys Girard 1858 -- (Norman 1934:77 [ref. 6893]). Paralichthyidae. Habitat: marine. |
