Current status: Valid as Encheloclarias kelioides Ng & Lim 1993. Clariidae. Distribution: Southeast Asia: Pahang and Johor, eastern Peninsular Malaysia and Nee Soon Swamp Forest, Singapore; and possibly central Sumatra. Habitat: freshwater.
