Original as lönnbergi; should not be changed to loennbergi since the name is not German, but Swedish (see Koerber 2009:63 [ref. 30671] for spelling of Lönnberg and origin of his name.). Not available, as a morpha, infrasubspecific; dates to Lönnberg 1919 or to a later publication by Berg. •In the synonymy of Myoxocephalus quadricornis (Linnaeus 1758), but a valid subspecies as described -- (Berg 1949:1133 [ref. 20662]). •In the synonymy of Triglopsis quadricornis (Linnaeus 1758) -- (Kottelat 1997:170 [ref. 22952]). •Synonym of Myoxocephalus quadricornis (Linnaeus 1758) -- (based on generic placement of quadricornis).
