H.] & Tamang [L.] 2012:82, Fig. 1 [Zootaxa No. 3522; ref. 32256] Sile River, approximately 1 km upstream from RCC bridge, about 10 km from Ruksin and about 26 km before Pasighat, 27°52'37.6"N 95°18'18.0"E, East Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh, India. Holotype: ZSI/APRC P-524. Paratypes: RGUMF 007 (13). See remark on family placement under Erethistes. •Valid as Pseudolaguvia viriosa Ng & Tamang 2012 -- (Ng et al. 2013:518 [ref. 32709], Tamang & Sinha 2014:38 [ref. 33583], Rayamajhi et al. 2016:59 [ref. 34184], Praveenraj et al. 2021:84 [ref. 38875], Lokeshwor & Marak 2022:375 [ref. 39494]). Current status: Valid as Pseudolaguvia viriosa Ng & Tamang 2012. Sisoridae: Sisorinae. Distribution: Sile River drainage, Brahmaputra River basin, India. Habitat: freshwater.
