Holotype: MZB 21299. Paratypes: MZB 21300 (5), ZFMK 49526-49529 (4), ZMH 25920-25921(2), WFB 3125-3128 (4). Plus non-type specimens. •Valid as Nomorhamphus lanceolatus Huylebrouck, Hadiaty & Herder 2014 -- (Miesen et al. 2016:86 [ref. 34492], Kraemer et al. 2019:295 [ref. 37368]). Current status: Valid as Nomorhamphus lanceolatus Huylebrouck, Hadiaty & Herder 2014. Zenarchopteridae. Distribution: Wawolambo River drainage, Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia. Habitat: freshwater.
