Holotype (unique): HUJ 18063. •Valid as Cynoglossus crepida Fricke, Golani & Appelbaum-Golani 2017 -- (Bogorodsky & Randall 2018:[23] 261 [ref. 36492], Golani & Fricke 2018:176 [ref. 36273], Fricke 2019:39 [ref. 36893], Fricke et al. 2023:10 [ref. 40708]). Current status: Valid as Cynoglossus crepida Fricke, Golani & Appelbaum-Golani 2017. Cynoglossidae: Cynoglossinae. Distribution: Red Sea endemic: Gulf of Aqaba. Habitat: marine.
