Paratypes: NBFGR CYPLKAA.1-6 (6). Described in an ICZN unavailable publication. Current status: Synonym of Labeo. Cyprinidae: Labeoninae. Distribution: South Asia: upper Cauvery River basin, Karnataka, India [if validated].
