No types known. •Valid as Coregonus tugun (Pallas 1814) -- (Berg 1948:334 [ref. 12882], Chereshnev 1996:603 [ref. 24659], Reshetnikov et al. 1997:732 [ref. 24702], Reshetnikov 1998:46 [ref. 23570], Bogutskaya et al. 2001:45 [ref. 26178], Bogutskaya & Naseka 2004:144 [ref. 28183], Parin et al. 2014:125 [ref. 33547], Romanov et al. 2017:824 [ref. 35687], Dyldin et al. 2020:112 [ref. 37569]). Current status: Valid as Coregonus tugun (Pallas 1814). Salmonidae: Coregoninae. Distribution: North Asia: Ob River to Yana Rivers, including Yenisei and Lena river basins; Khatanga River, southern Taimyr Peninsula (Siberia and Arctic Ocean basins, Russia). Habitat: freshwater.
