Lectotype: ZSM 5859. Paralectotypes: (29) MHNG 5867-5892 (5, now 4); MSNM 2 [ex MSNM 4962] (1), NMW 62548 (5), ZMA 114445 (1); ZSM 5860 (1), 5862--63 (2), 5867-92 (26, now 15). Type catalog: Nijssen et al. 1982:17 [ref. 19236]. Malabarba in Reis et al. 2003:219 [ref. 27061] has syntypes only as as ZSM 5859-60 and 5867-92.
