Type information: Hayashi 1995:7 [ref. 22717]. •Synonym of Stegastes nigricans (Lacepède 1802) -- (Allen 1991:254 [ref. 19344], Parenti 2021:84 [ref. 38418]). Current status: Synonym of Stegastes nigricans (Lacepède 1802). Pomacentridae: Microspathodontinae. Habitat: marine. |
