R.] 2008:61, Figs. 7-12 [CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research Paper No. 021; ref. 29648] East of Lakes Entrance, Victoria, Australia, 37°52'S, 148°11'E, depth 27-28 meters. Holotype: CSIRO H 4255-01. Paratypes: 17 specimens at AMS and CSIRO. Plus non-type specimens. •Valid as Dipturus confusus Last 2008 -- (Last & Alava 2013:214 [ref. 33041], Weigmann 2016:108 [ref. 34211] see remarks). •Valid as Dentiraja confusa (Last 2008) -- (Last et al. 2016:16, 20 [ref. 34941], Last et al. 2016:233 [ref. 35000]). Current status: Valid as Dentiraja confusa (Last 2008). Rajidae. Distribution: Southeastern Australia: New South Wales to Victoria, including Tasmania. Habitat: marine.
