yuanjiangensis, Acrossocheilus iridescens Wu [H.-W.] & Lin [R.-D.] in Wu, Lin, Chen, Chen & He 1977:290, Fig. 7-37 [The cyprinid fishes of China v. 2; ref. 4807] Yuanjiang system, Yunnan Province, China. Syntypes: 64-40586 (1), 64-40580 to 40581 (1, 1), 64-50645 (1). Original as "Acrossocheilus subgenus Acrossocheilus." •Synonym of Acrossocheilus iridescens (Nichols & Pope 1927), but a valid subspecies as described -- (Chu & Cui in Chu & Chen 1989:208 [ref. 13584], Zhu 1995:59 [ref. 25213], Shan et al. in Yue 2000:124 [ref. 25272], Zhang et al. 2016:87 [ref. 34477] but dated 1982). •Synonym of Acrossocheilus iridescens (Nichols & Pope 1927), but a valid subspecies [but correct name for this subspecies would be Acrossocheilus iridescens microstoma (Pellegrin & Chevey 1936)] -- (Kottelat 2001:17 [ref. 25482]). •Synonym of Acrossocheilus microstoma (Pellegrin & Chevey 1936). Current status: Synonym of Acrossocheilus microstoma (Pellegrin & Chevey 1936). Cyprinidae: Acrossocheilinae. Habitat: freshwater.
