Current status: Synonym of Beaufortia kweichowensis (Fang 1931). Gastromyzontidae. Distribution: Dongjiang and Beijiang rivers, Guangdong Province, China. Habitat: freshwater.

Current status: Valid as Beaufortia kweichowensis (Fang 1931). Gastromyzontidae. Distribution: Xijiang River, China. Habitat: freshwater.
