Syntypes: MNHN 0000-9860 (1) Tahiti [Bauchot's holotype], 0000-9861 (1) South seas. Type catalog: Bauchot 1963:126 [ref. 20718] and Bauchot 1969:136 [ref. 20807] as holotype and paratype.
