Holotype: KIZ 2010003082. Paratypes: KIZ 2010003083-4, 09110323, and 09110327 (4). •Valid as Triplophysa lihuensis Wu, Yang & Lan 2012 -- (Lan et al. 2013:124 [ref. 32910], Yang in Lan et al. 2013:256, 257 [ref. 32910], Zhang et al. 2016:139 [ref. 34477], Li et al. 2016:[4] [ref. 35021], Liu et al. 2017:843 [ref. 35125], Li et al. 2017:8 [ref. 35551], Wu et al. 2018:73 [ref. 35850], Wu et al. 2018:93 [ref. 35971], Huang et al. 2019:334 [ref. 36689]). •Valid as Troglonectes lihuensis (Wu, Yang & Lan 2012) -- (Zhao et al. 2021:423 [ref. 38385], Luo et al. 2023:[4] [ref. 40042], Li et al. 2023:7 [ref. 40200]). Current status: Valid as Troglonectes lihuensis (Wu, Yang & Lan 2012). Nemacheilidae. Distribution: East Asia: upper Pearl River basin, Guangxi, China. Habitat: freshwater.
