Distribution: Indo-West Pacific: East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique), Persian Gulf, Aldabra (Seychelles), Comoros, Madagascar and western Mascarenes (La RĂ©union, Mauritius) east to Philippines, New Ireland (Papua New Guinea) and Solomon Islands, north to Shanghai (China) and Ryukyu Islands (Japan), south to Western Australia, Queensland (Australia) and New Caledonia. Habitat: marine.
